When booking an appointment for any of our spa services, you must secure your appointment with a credit card, or prepay on the day you make the appointment.
If you must cancel, please be courteous and give a 24 hour notice. If 24-hour notice is not received by calling the salon, you will be charged for your missed appointment.
You may reschedule any given appointment only one (1) time. Second and subsequent reschedules will be charged as a missed appointment.
